Directors Wanted!
BRSS Board are appealing for additional Directors to come forward to supplement the present Board members. There are three vacancies at present and we are keen to fill these positions. Anyone wishing to become involved in the administration of BRSS or has time to spend on our fundraising activities should contact us via this website.
Shareholders
It is our great pleasure to announce that BRSS and it’s members are now officially shareholders in BRFC. Our share in the Club, in recognition of our significant financial input, has been secured after many months of quiet diplomacy conducted between the Boards of BRFC and BRSS.
Hopefully the issue of our shares will draw a line under the difficulties experienced between Chairman Herbert and the BRSS Board and we can once again work together for the good of the club and it’s supporters. With our aim of becoming shareholders now achieved we will be working towards our further constituted aim of attaining supporter representation at Board level.
Fundraising
On the fundraising front we have been busy throughout the summer with various functions. A skittle evening raised £100 and a lecture on forensic science raised a creditable £150. The Society also had stalls at the Elizabethan Market and Carnival, which raised approximately £500.
The recent skittles match against Worcester City Supporters Club was a great success despite being thrashed for our troubles!
News of forthcoming fundraising events can be found here.
The "Senior Citizens" night at the DDS & S Club was a rip roaring success. The evening was enjoyed by all and The MS Society and BRSS received £390 each.

We would like to thank the "The Senior Citizens" and everyone else who attended for their support.
