Hotel Booking Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to book your room at the Hyatt Regency, Birmingham with the negotiated corporate special rate for Annual Meeting attendees

PLEASE NOTE: if you are a Hyatt Member and are purchasing your room well in advance then your member discount rate may well be better than our corporate discount rate!

To access our special rate please follow the steps below:​

  • Click the BOOK button

  • In the first field enter the arrival date of Thursday 23rd January 2025 and checkout date of Friday 24th January 2025

​​PLEASE NOTE: the special rate is for Thursday night only and the hotel's standard rate would apply to any other nights that you wished to stay - if this is the case please book by phone (see bottom of page)

  • ​​In the next field, enter the number of people staying in the room
     

  • In the final 'Special Rates' field select 'Corporate or Group Code' and then enter the code G-UHB1

  • The special rate is for a King-sized bed and breakfast is included

​​

  • Then simply continue to follow the rest of the reservation process
